Our alma mater continues to be a shining beacon
of excellence for East Texas and beyond, illuminating
the pathway for young men and women who come
to U.T. Tyler seeking knowledge and wisdom – just as we did. More
than 60 percent of us stayed right here in East Texas to work and to
raise our families. The future of this region still resides today in the
promise of the bright minds of students now enrolled at U.T. Tyler
who will make our communities an even greater place to live.
We are proud of The University of Texas at Tyler and what it has
